Preview option of customized product to customer before finishing is needed.my product I gave a smiling photo which was not so attractive.if I had previewed I must have given other photo.plz do it in future. But product quality is good.

I ordered this for my sister-in-law's son very much disappointed with the end product it does not even look like the photo which I have sent. Completely different. I thought of ordering few more such dolls for other people at home after looking at this Im very much upset. Infact I uploaded the proper picture as mentioned by you.. Very much upset with EL

The doll is TINY!!!! I have ordered the face doll before and this time I am so upset with the miniature size. Its not a doll anymore, it looks more like an extension to a keychain. Also you should mention the colors of the shapes available as now the face of the guy is on 'pink' doll and face of girl is on 'blue' doll... I am so disappointed. This is the second order in a row where I have been tricked. Thats it, no more ordering from EL, need to find a better site....
