Received my pack of 'nothing' yesterday. While I am impressed with the product itself and the delivery time, I do have feedback on the quality of the delivered package. The box arrived broken in a lot of places and it seems that someone has definitely tampered with it. I have been pretty impressed with your products and was waiting for an opportunity to get my hands on one of them. Thankfully! i decided my first buy to be delivered to self because i would have been embarrassed if the package that i got went to someone else as a gift.I know, in this case, the fault may well lie with the courier company but for me its about the whole experience of shopping at 'exciting lives' and it somehow did not live up to the expectation for the shoddy delivery.
