Product came up very well. Quality of the print was very good. And loved the neatness of the article. 1 suggestion - if you allow little bit of personalisation in any other part of newspaper/article (e.g. adding 1 news of favourite celebrity/something the person likes - either front/back page - would be a very good add-on in your product.

I giffted to my friend and she was delighted. Firstly the box is too good. Then there are so many things inside the box... cards, maps, booklet and of course the certificate. There's very large map also to locate objects inthe sky. All-in-all a very well packaged product. Thanks.

I'm satisfied with the customer service. The delivery was on time. The representative Miss Ruksana made the entire process from purchase to altering designs and delivery very convenient.

How to clean the jar from inside?

As usual, the coasters are very well finished. We have placed orders for about 450-500 coasters so far. One issue is about the heat process in the image transfer - there is always a slight variation in the exposure (brightness, contrast) and also saturation (colour) between the image I send and the final product. I'm told this happens for each batch, even of the same processed image. Isn't it possible for you to have better technology / equipment to solve this issue? the service provided by your customer interface Rukhsana remains superlative! She's most attentive to detail, and follows through most reliably. It's always a pleasure dealing with her.
